Women Of The Wise - Rituals to Rise (Week 4)
Women of The Wise - Rituals to Rise Week 4.
What is our Sacred Sangha?
It is a circle where we will grow, learn and be raw and real together.
UNITE: Come or Bring Together for a common purpose to form a whole.
Agreeing to maintain full confidentiality, we create a space where we can attend in privacy and caring and collectively openly discuss our thoughts within the circle. We will all contribute positively and keep each other supported together integrating empathy and compassion and building our self-confidence, creating an alchemy in our Sangha.

Let us discuss the power of Water!
The Water element is the most powerful of all earth elements (earth, water, metal, air, and fire). Water can move around any obstacle in its path, it has the ability to purify, heal, and transform. The energy of water in it's form as rain, rivers, oceans, and mist can calm the soul.
Water makes up 80% of our bodies mass. It regulates body temperature, moistens tissues in the eyes, nose and mouth protecting the body’s organs and tissues to cells. Water in the body lubricates your joints, hydrates the brain, flushes out waste products and dissolves minerals and nutrients to allow absorption into the body.
Water is the Key!!!
Let us ask ourselves:
How much water are we drinking every day?
What is the source of the water we drink?
;The source of your water is just as important as the quantity we drink.
Finding a local high-quality spring is the best source this water. Natural spring water is rich in magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium and other trace minerals. It is also more alkaline to the body.
"Find a Spring - Why Spring Water"
Copper Vessels are also an effortless way to create a natural purification process from tap water. These are large copper molded jugs, by storing tap water in here it will detoxify the water through a natural purification process. It can kill all the microorganisms, algae, fungi, bacteria, and molds in water that can be harmful to the body, making it perfectly fit for drinking.
